Our Integration Program has transitioned to being provided through Community Living Hamilton, though the goal has always remained the same. Our mandate is to facilitate the communication, motor-skill, cognitive and social and emotional development of children with special needs in an inclusive setting.

We are a participating member of Community Living Hamilton. This provides us with access to the following further supports:

• Intake
• Support Facilitators
• Specialized Resources
• Class wide social skills program
• Transition to school

Services provided by the Integration Program are funded by the City of Hamilton and therefore offered at no cost to families. We have monthly visits from a Resource Consultant who provides tools and resources to the program and provides support with school intake.
